1) Return Window
We have a 30-day return window starting the day you receive your item. To start a return, email retrorecollection89@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if damaged/defective).
2) Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused, in the same condition received

In original packaging with all accessories

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If your return is approved, we’ll email you instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label (the label cost may be deducted from your refund).
3) Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include clear photos of:

The outer shipping box and label

Inner packaging

The product and the issue area
We’ll make it right with a replacement, repair, or refund (at our discretion).
4) Custom/Refurbished Items
Many products are custom-built or refurbished. Minor cosmetic variations are normal.

Returns for custom or made-to-order items are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery.

We may first offer troubleshooting or repair options. If a return is approved, please pack the item securely to avoid transit damage.
5) Digital Products (Final Sale)
Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are final sale and non-refundable once the download link/email is sent, except where required by law.
6) Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Digital products, gift cards, and sale/clearance items

Custom/personalized items (except for defects)

Opened personal-use items (e.g., skin-contact items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

7) Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item (if approved) and place a new order. For defective items, we may replace or repair instead of refunding.
8) Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Deductions: Original shipping is non-refundable. If we provided a prepaid return label for non-defect returns, we may deduct the label cost. Items not returned in original condition may be subject to a reasonable deduction.
9) Incorrect/Undeliverable Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to reship; additional postage may apply. We aren’t responsible for loss or delay due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
10) International Orders, Taxes & Duties
International orders may be subject to import VAT, duties, and carrier fees charged by your local government/carrier upon delivery. These aren’t collected by us at checkout and aren’t refundable by us. If you refuse to pay and the package is returned or abandoned, any refund (if applicable) will exclude original shipping and non-recoverable fees.
11) EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If your order ships into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Exceptions:

Custom/personalized items and digital content that has been delivered/activated with your prior express consent are not eligible under the cooling-off rules.

You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
