Retro Recollection operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Retro Recollection is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after we receive payment and confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to decline, change, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

SECTION 3A – DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital downloads are delivered electronically. Because access is granted immediately, all digital items are final sale and non-refundable once the download link has been sent, except where required by law.
SECTION 3B – CUSTOM & REFURBISHED ITEMS
Many of our products are custom-built or refurbished. Minor cosmetic variations are normal. Returns on custom or made-to-order items are accepted only for manufacturing defects reported within 30 days of delivery. Please email retrorecollection89@gmail.com with photos of the defect so we can assist. This limited warranty excludes damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price at checkout is final unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import fees.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases. By submitting payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and agree to pay all charges incurred.
SECTION 4A – CURRENCY
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars by default. Where other currencies are offered, the final charge may vary due to exchange rates and payment-provider fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing times are listed on product pages. Delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once we hand the package to the carrier. Please confirm your shipping address carefully. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage may be required for reshipment.
SECTION 5A – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, TAXES & DUTIES
International customers are responsible for all import VAT, duties, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not collected by us at checkout. Refusal to pay may result in the order being returned or abandoned, in which case refunds (if any) will exclude shipping and unrecoverable fees.

All content on the Services — including text, images, graphics, designs, and trademarks — is owned by Retro Recollection, its licensors, or Shopify and protected by law. Retro Recollection is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any other brand owner. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible products.

You may be given access to third-party tools or features. These are provided “as is” without warranties. Use of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or purchases. Review their policies before engaging in transactions.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Retro Recollection is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services. However, all purchases are made directly with Retro Recollection. Shopify is not responsible for any transactions or products you purchase from us.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, USA.
